Best Hamburger Casserole
Classic baked hamburger casserole with pasta, creamy sauce, and melted cheese.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups cooked pasta elbow, rotini, or shells
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional add-ins: peas corn, mushrooms, bell peppers
Cook pasta until al dente.
Brown beef with onion and garlic.
Stir in sauces and seasonings.
Combine with pasta and transfer to dish.
Top with cheese and bake.
