Dry:

ginger, nutmeg
Wet:

grated carrots

mashed banana

maple syrup

coconut oil

Raisins + walnuts
Instructions
Preheat 350 °F; line sheet.
Whisk dry ingredients.
Stir in wet + add-ins.
Rest 5 min.
Scoop; flatten slightly.
Bake 12–14 min.
Cool; optional glaze.
Notes
Pat carrots dry.
Freeze up to 3 months.
Vegan: Flax egg.
1½-tbsp scoop = uniform.
Store with parchment layers.
