- Peach Smoothie:
- 1½ cups frozen peach slices
- 1 medium ripe banana
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp cinnamon optional
Add ingredients to blender in order listed.
Blend high 45–60 sec until creamy.
Adjust thickness with more milk or ice.
Serve immediately.
