Instructions
Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar.
Mix in egg, butter, flour, and salt.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Rise, shape, and rise again.
Bake until golden.
Notes
Dough should be soft, not dry
Allow full rise for fluffiness
Cool before slicing
Freeze well for later use
