Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn · 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream · ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs · 1½ cups cheddar

Instructions
 

  • 350 °F oven → grease 9×9 dish.
  • Stir everything except ½ cup cheese.
  • Pour into dish → top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 45–55 min until golden & set.
  • Rest 10 min → serve warm.
