- 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn · 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream · ½ cup melted butter
- 2 eggs · 1½ cups cheddar
350 °F oven → grease 9×9 dish.
Stir everything except ½ cup cheese.
Pour into dish → top with remaining cheese.
Bake 45–55 min until golden & set.
Rest 10 min → serve warm.
