Main Ingredients:

kielbasa sausage
sliced
1½
pounds
potatoes
diced
1
small onion
sliced
Seasoning:
2
tbsp
olive oil
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
tsp
paprika
½
tsp
salt
¼
tsp
black pepper
Optional Garnish:
Fresh parsley
chopped
Mustard for serving
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet and cook diced potatoes until golden.
Add kielbasa and cook until browned.
Stir in onion and garlic and cook until softened.
Season and cook until potatoes are tender.
Garnish and serve warm.
Notes
Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking
Use medium heat for proper browning
Do not overcrowd the pan
Serve with mustard if desired
