Ingredients
  

  • Brownies:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp lemon zest
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Mix wet ingredients, then combine with dry ingredients.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake.
  • Prepare glaze and spread over warm brownies.
  • Cool completely, slice, and serve.

Notes

Do not overbake
Use fresh lemon juice and zest
Let the glaze set before slicing
Store properly
