Ingredients
Salsa:

Dressing:

fresh lime juice

Instructions
Dice mango and chop vegetables.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk together lime juice, oil, and seasoning.
Toss everything gently to combine.
Let sit briefly and serve fresh.
Notes
Use ripe but firm mangoes
Adjust spice level to taste
Serve fresh for the best texture
