- Smoothie Base:
- 2 cups 300 g frozen mango chunks (fresh ripe mango frozen = best)
- 1 large ripe banana fresh or frozen for thickness
- ¾ cup 180 g plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup 180 ml coconut milk or milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of fine sea salt enhances sweetness
- 4 –6 ice cubes if using fresh fruit
Add ingredients to blender in order listed (liquids first).
Blend high 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
Adjust thickness with milk or ice.
Serve immediately.
