Mayonnaise:

large egg
room temperature

cup
neutral oil
vegetable or canola

lemon juice
or vinegar

Dijon mustard

salt
Instructions
Add egg, lemon juice, mustard, and salt to a blender jar.
Pour oil on top and blend until thick and creamy.
Adjust seasoning and texture if needed.
Store in refrigerator.
