Dough:

plain yogurt

Optional Topping:

Instructions
Activate yeast in warm water and sugar.
Mix flour, salt, yogurt, and oil to form dough.
Knead and let dough rise until doubled.
Divide and roll into flat shapes.
Cook in a hot skillet until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Use a hot skillet for the best bubbles
Do not skip the rise time
Brush with butter for flavor
