Ingredients

all-purpose flour

yeast

warm water
Instructions
Mix flour, salt, yeast, and water until shaggy.
Cover and rest 12–18 hours.
Shape gently and rest 30–45 minutes.
Bake in preheated Dutch oven at 450°F, covered 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes more.
Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Wet dough = better crumb
Long fermentation builds flavor
Always preheat the pot
Let the bread cool fully before cutting
