Creamy Oreo and cream cheese truffles coated in chocolate.
Ingredients
- Truffle Filling:
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- Chocolate Coating:
- 12 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate melted
- Optional Toppings:
- Crushed Oreo crumbs
- White chocolate drizzle
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs.
- Mix crumbs with cream cheese until smooth.
- Roll mixture into small balls.
- Chill until firm.
- Dip in melted chocolate and allow to set.
