Classic tropical Painkiller cocktail with dark rum, pineapple, orange, and coconut.

- 2 oz dark rum
- 4 oz pineapple juice cold
- 1 oz orange juice fresh preferred
- 1 oz cream of coconut such as Coco López
- Ice
Fill shaker with ice and add all ingredients.
Shake vigorously until smooth and frothy.
Strain into ice-filled glass.
Garnish with nutmeg and fruit.
