- Peach Purée:
- 3 ripe peaches or 2 cups frozen
- Lemon juice · optional honey
- To Assemble:
- 1 bottle chilled Prosecco
- Garnish:
- Peach slices · mint
Blend peaches + lemon (strain optional).
Chill purée + flutes + Prosecco.
Spoon 2–4 tbsp purée per flute.
Top slowly with Prosecco → gentle stir.
Garnish → serve immediately.
