Soft, bakery-style peach muffins made with fresh or frozen peaches.

Ingredients

all-purpose flour

baking powder

baking soda

oil or melted butter

milk or buttermilk

diced peaches
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line muffin tin.
Whisk dry ingredients.
Whisk wet ingredients separately.
Fold wet into dry until just combined.
Fold in peaches gently.
Fill liners to top.
Bake 5 minutes at 425°F, then 15 minutes at 350°F.
Cool 5 minutes, then transfer to rack.
Notes
Pat the peaches dry for the best texture
Do not overmix
Freeze well for meal prep
Streusel topping adds bakery flair
