Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter creamy or chunky
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed optional
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • Pinch of salt if peanut butter is unsalted

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla.
  • Stir in dry ingredients until dough forms.
  • Chill briefly, roll into balls, and set.
