Broth:

Noodles & Protein:

rice noodles

thinly sliced beef
or cooked chicken

Cilantro

Instructions
Char onion and ginger for flavor.
Simmer bones with spices and water to make broth.
Strain broth and cook noodles separately.
Assemble bowls with noodles and meat.
Pour hot broth and add garnishes.
