Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats or oat flour
  • ½ cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients evenly.
  • Whisk wet ingredients and combine gently.
  • Rest batter briefly.
  • Cook pancakes over medium heat until golden.
