Slaw:

red cabbage

carrots
shredded

green cabbage

red onion
sliced
Dressing:

mayonnaise

apple cider vinegar

tbsp
lemon juice
1
tbsp
sugar

tsp
salt

tsp
black pepper
Topping:
Fresh parsley
Extra black pepper
Instructions
Shred cabbage and prepare vegetables.
Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.
Taste and adjust dressing.
Pour dressing over vegetables.
Toss until evenly coated.
Let slaw rest to absorb flavor.
Add parsley and pepper on top.
Toss gently again.
Serve chilled.
