Best Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies
Soft, chewy red velvet cookies made easily with cake mix.
Ingredients
- 1 box 15.25 oz red velvet cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- Optional mix-ins: ¾ cup white chocolate chips chocolate chips, or cream cheese chunks
Instructions
- Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
- Fold in mix-ins if using.
- Scoop dough onto lined baking sheet.
- Bake until just set.
- Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
- Do not overbake
- Dough will be sticky
- Chill if spreading too much
- Great for make-ahead baking
