Cupcakes:

Topping
Cream Cheese Frosting:

cream cheese

unsalted butter

Instructions
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine.
Fill liners and bake until done.
Cool completely and prepare frosting.
Frost cupcakes and serve.
Notes
Do not overmix the batter
Cool before frosting
