provolone or Swiss cheese

Butter Topping:

unsalted butter
melted

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Layer rolls with sauce, cheese, and roast beef.
Top with rolls and brush with butter mixture.
Bake covered, then uncovered until golden.
Rest, slice, and serve.
