Best Roasted Broccolini

Slender broccolini roasted with garlic and olive oil, finished with lemon and Parmesan. Crisp, tender, and restaurant-worthy.

Ingredients
  

  • For the Broccolini:
  • 1 lb broccolini trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic sliced
  • For the Finish:
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp shaved Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat 425 °F; line sheet.
  • Dry & toss broccolini with oil, seasonings, garlic.
  • Roast 12–15 min, flip halfway.
  • Drizzle lemon juice + zest.
  • Top with flakes & cheese.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Dry stalks = crisp tips.
  • Upper rack for max char.
  • Reheat in oven or air-fryer.
  • Vegan: Skip cheese or use nutritional yeast.
  • Double recipe = two sheets.
