Best Roasted Broccolini
Slender broccolini roasted with garlic and olive oil, finished with lemon and Parmesan. Crisp, tender, and restaurant-worthy.

- For the Broccolini:
- 1 lb broccolini trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 3 cloves garlic sliced
- For the Finish:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Zest of ½ lemon
- Red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp shaved Parmesan
Preheat 425 °F; line sheet.
Dry & toss broccolini with oil, seasonings, garlic.
Roast 12–15 min, flip halfway.
Drizzle lemon juice + zest.
Top with flakes & cheese.
Serve immediately.
