Chickpeas:

15 oz each chickpeas, drained and rinsed

olive oil

salt

black pepper
Seasoning:

paprika

garlic powder

cumin
Topping
Optional:
Lemon zest
Fresh herbs
Instructions
Dry and season chickpeas.
Spread on baking sheet and roast until crispy.
Shake halfway and cool slightly.
Add toppings and serve.
Notes
Dry chickpeas well
Do not overcrowd the pan
Roast until fully crisp
Store in a dry container
