Best Salmon Salad

Creamy salmon salad made with flaky salmon, crisp vegetables, and tangy dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked or canned salmon flaked (skin removed)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup celery finely diced
  • ¼ cup red onion or shallot finely diced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional add-ins: fresh dill or parsley capers, pickles, avocado

Instructions
 

  • Flake and drain salmon.
  • Mix dressing ingredients until smooth.
  • Fold in salmon and vegetables.
  • Chill briefly and serve.
