Ingredients
  

  • 3 –4 lb beef brisket
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Season and sear brisket.
  • Layer onions and garlic in slow cooker.
  • Add brisket and liquids.
  • Cook low and slow until tender.
  • Rest, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Always slice against the grain
  • Low heat gives the best texture
  • Rest before slicing
  • Great for leftovers and freezing
