Ingredients
Dough:

all-purpose flour

active sourdough starter

warm milk

sugar

unsalted butter
softened

salt
Filling:

cup
brown sugar

ground cinnamon

unsalted butter
softened
Glaze:

powdered sugar

milk

tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix and knead dough, then let rise until doubled.
Roll out dough, add filling, and shape into rolls.
Let rise again until puffy.
Bake until golden and glaze before serving.
Notes
Use an active starter for the best results
Allow enough rise time
Do not overbake
Serve warm for the best texture
