Ingredients
  

  • cups 225 g frozen strawberries
  • 1 large ripe banana fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup 180 g Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ¾ cup 180 ml milk of choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • Ice cubes if needed

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to blender in order listed (liquids first).
  • Blend on high 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust thickness with more milk or ice.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen fruit = thick & frosty texture, no ice needed
  • Ripe banana = natural sweetness (zero added sugar)
  • ~20–25 g protein as written
