- 1½ cups 225 g frozen strawberries
- 1 large ripe banana fresh or frozen
- ¾ cup 180 g Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ¾ cup 180 ml milk of choice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- Ice cubes if needed
Add ingredients to blender in order listed (liquids first).
Blend on high 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
Adjust thickness with more milk or ice.
Serve immediately.
