Best Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
Creamy strawberry cream cheese frosting made with real strawberries.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- ½ cup fresh strawberries finely chopped
- 3 –3½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Drain finely chopped strawberries well.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Mix in strawberries.
- Add powdered sugar gradually.
- Adjust consistency and chill if needed.
Notes
- Remove excess strawberry moisture
- Chill for piping
- Rewhip before using
- Best used fresh
