Ingredients
  

  • For the Salad:
  • lbs mixed tomatoes
  • 8 oz burrata
  • Fresh basil
  • Flaky salt & pepper
  • For the Basil Oil:
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup basil
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions
 

  • Blend basil oil.
  • Slice & season tomatoes.
  • Place burrata; tear open.
  • Drizzle oil + balsamic.
  • Garnish with basil & nuts.
  • Serve with bread.
