Best Tuscan Chicken Pasta
Creamy Tuscan-style pasta with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and Parmesan.

- 12 oz pasta penne, fettuccine, or rigatoni
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes oil-packed, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Optional: red pepper flakes fresh basil
Cook pasta and reserve water.
Sear seasoned chicken and set aside.
Make garlic cream sauce with tomatoes.
Add cheese, spinach, chicken, and pasta.
Adjust seasoning and serve.
- Don’t boil the cream
- Use pasta water to loosen the sauce
- Season at each step
