Best Veggie Pizza

Homemade veggie pizza with fresh vegetables, mozzarella, and crispy crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup bell peppers thinly sliced
  • ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mushrooms sliced
  • ½ cup zucchini thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: fresh basil red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F.
  • Stretch dough and add sauce and cheese.
  • Top with seasoned vegetables.
  • Bake until golden and bubbly.
  • Rest briefly, slice, and serve.

  • Don’t overload toppings
  • Slice veggies thinly
  • Bake hot for a crisp crust
