- 1 pizza dough homemade or store-bought
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup bell peppers thinly sliced
- ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup mushrooms sliced
- ½ cup zucchini thinly sliced
- ¼ cup black olives sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: fresh basil red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 475°F.
Stretch dough and add sauce and cheese.
Top with seasoned vegetables.
Bake until golden and bubbly.
Rest briefly, slice, and serve.
