Ingredients
  

  • Waffles:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Topping:
  • Maple syrup
  • Butter
  • Fresh berries
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle maker fully.
  • Whisk dry ingredients together.
  • Mix wet ingredients until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry gently.
  • Let batter rest briefly.
  • Grease waffle maker if needed.
  • Pour batter evenly into waffle iron.
  • Cook until golden and crisp.
  • Remove and let rest briefly.
  • Serve with toppings.
